Take orders on WhatsApp, without retyping them

Your dealers and retailers already send orders on WhatsApp, as a typed list. Someone retypes each one into the order system. An AI agent can read the order, confirm it and create it, while your team handles the exceptions.

What a WhatsApp order really looks like

"Bhaiya 20 box 1 litre, 10 box 500ml, kal tak bhej do", from a number that is already a customer, at 10 pm. It is clear to a person and hard for software, which is why it gets retyped, usually the next morning.

What the agent does

  1. Recognises the customer from the number (or asks which shop it is).
  2. Reads the order: items, sizes, quantities, delivery date, in English, Hindi or Hinglish.
  3. Matches it to your catalogue, and asks one short question when something is ambiguous ("1 litre: the glass bottle or the PET?").
  4. Confirms it back to the customer in one message.
  5. Creates the order in your system (a sheet, your CRM, your ERP through its API) and tells your team.
  6. Hands over what needs a person: credit holds, unusual quantities, a price question.

What it captures for each order:

Field Example
Customer Sharma Traders, Indore
Items 1 L × 20 boxes, 500 ml × 10 boxes

Why not a catalogue bot or a form

Buttons and menus work for a new customer browsing. Regular dealers do not browse: they send a list. An agent takes the order the way they already send it, so nobody has to change their habits.

What it costs

A conversation the agent handles costs ₹0.30 for 24 hours, however many messages it takes, AI included, plus Meta's charge at cost. No subscription. See pricing or book a demo.

Questions

Can an AI agent take orders on WhatsApp?

Yes. It reads free-text orders, matches items to your catalogue, confirms with the customer and creates the order in your system through a sheet or an API.

Does it understand Hindi and Hinglish orders?

Yes, including short forms and mixed scripts. When an item is ambiguous it asks instead of guessing.

Can it check stock and credit before confirming?

Yes, if stock and credit live in a system it can read. Orders that fail a check go to your team instead of being confirmed.

Do our customers need to install anything?

No. They keep ordering on WhatsApp, to the same business number.
