Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Altrnative (“Altrnative”, “we”, “us”), available at altrnative.space. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Altrnative on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.
In short
- Message only people who agreed to hear from you, and honour every opt-out.
- You own your contacts, messages and results. We only use them to run your campaigns.
- It is prepaid: add funds, and charges come off your balance. Sending pauses at zero — nothing is lost.
- Meta decides which templates are approved, and can restrict a WhatsApp account. That part is not ours.
- You can stop any time. We can stop an account that breaks these rules.

1. The service
Altrnative lets you send WhatsApp message campaigns through the WhatsApp Business Platform, record how recipients respond, and optionally use AI to read replies and extract the information you ask for.
2. Your account
- Accounts are approved before they can be used. We may decline or withdraw access.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- You are responsible for the WhatsApp Business account and any API keys you connect, and for keeping them valid.
3. How you may use it
You must follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and all applicable law. In particular:
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, and honour opt-outs. Altrnative stops messaging a number that replies with an opt-out word or that you mark as opted out.
- Do not send spam, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content, or content that infringes anyone’s rights.
- Do not try to break, overload, or get around the limits or security of the service.
Meta decides which templates are approved and may restrict or suspend a WhatsApp account. We may pause campaigns or suspend accounts that put the service, a WhatsApp account, or other customers at risk.
4. Prices and payment
- Current prices are on the pricing page. The service is prepaid: charges are deducted from your balance as you use it.
- Your balance is held in US dollars. Payments and prices in rupees convert at the rate published on the pricing page.
- When your balance reaches zero, sending pauses until funds are added. Replies continue to be received and recorded, and may take your balance slightly below zero.
- Where you use one of our WhatsApp numbers, charges follow Meta’s rates, which Meta changes from time to time; we apply Meta’s changes when they take effect. We give notice of other price changes before they apply.
- Trial credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is given once per account.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
5. Your data
You own the contact lists, messages and results you put into Altrnative. You confirm you have the right to use them this way. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Third-party services
Altrnative relies on third parties, including Meta (WhatsApp), and AI providers when you use AI features. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their terms apply to your use of them.
7. Availability
We work to keep Altrnative running and your campaigns reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or actions taken by Meta or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Altrnative at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. Unused paid balance on closure is handled under the refund policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell you by email about significant changes before they apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
